The reality is, most websites are not set apart by their infrastructure (which is vital) but by their graphics.  The problem is, as a church planter, where do you find the killer graphics you need to make your website stand out?  You are probably not in a position to hire someone (or at least would much rather not have to pay out to hire someone), and unless you are either exceptionally gifted artistically or happen to have a volunteer who is, you are probably stuck using Microsoft paint to eek out some pretty dull looking clip art.
